World Nutrition Summit
Participated in a global summit bringing together leading experts in nutrition, integrative health, and lifestyle medicine. The program explored the role of nutrition in mental health, stress regulation, and systemic wellbeing, with an emphasis on evidence-based research and cross-cultural approaches to food and healing. Key learnings included emerging science on the gut–brain axis, nutritional psychiatry, and functional approaches to supporting emotional and physical resilience. This training continues to inform my holistic perspective by integrating nutritional awareness into nervous system wellness and mind–body health practices.
