The New Frontiers of Research and Clinical Practice – Attachment and Trauma Conference

Attended an advanced international conference focused on the intersection of attachment theory, developmental trauma, and clinical innovation. The program featured leading researchers and practitioners presenting on cutting-edge approaches to trauma healing, including somatic modalities, attachment-informed therapy, and nervous system–based interventions. Core insights centered on the impact of early relational patterns on mental health, the neurobiology of trauma, and emerging frameworks for restoring safety and regulation. This experience deepened my clinical orientation by reinforcing the integration of attachment science with embodied, state-based approaches to trauma recovery and emotional resilience.
