IFS (Internal Family Systems) Intensive

Participated in an intensive training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a therapeutic approach that views the mind as a system of inner parts. The program explored how protective and exiled parts develop in response to trauma and life experience, and how cultivating Self—defined by qualities such as curiosity, compassion, and calm—supports integration and healing. Through experiential practice, the training emphasized working with parts in a non-pathologizing, respectful way that restores balance and inner harmony. This intensive continues to inform my work by offering a nuanced, compassionate framework for understanding identity, emotional patterns, and resilience.
