Somatic Shame Work for Conflict Transformation Intensive

Engaged in a focused intensive on somatic approaches to understanding and transforming shame within the context of conflict. The program emphasized the embodied roots of shame, its impact on relational dynamics, and its role as both a protective and limiting force in the nervous system. Through experiential practices, participants explored body-based methods for interrupting shame cycles, restoring agency, and cultivating repair. This training informs my current work by providing practical frameworks for helping individuals navigate shame with compassion and by integrating conflict transformation into nervous system–oriented care.
