“Healing Through Somatic Attachment” Therapy Summit

Participated in a professional summit exploring the intersection of attachment theory and somatic therapy. The program highlighted how early relational experiences shape nervous system development and how embodied practices can restore safety and repair attachment wounds. Key areas of focus included co-regulation, embodied presence in therapeutic relationships, and practical methods for supporting secure attachment through body-based interventions. This summit reinforced my commitment to integrating attachment science with somatic and nervous system–informed care, offering frameworks that support deeper relational healing and emotional resilience.
